🌿 Midweek Reset: Yoga & Smoothie 🌿

Join us on Wednesday, March 19th for a gentle and revitalising yoga session led by the wonderful Gillian Lazenby from Genius Wellbeing. This one-hour practice (10:30 – 11:30 AM) is designed to help you reconnect, recharge, and restore, finishing with a delicious health smoothie to nourish your body and mind.
